We have some wonderful friends here in NC . One of the fellow coaches Brian Rimpf and his wife Lauren have a BEAUTIFUL Beach home on the coast of NC, and offered us to come with them for the weekend!
After Friday night's game we knew we needed the rest and to GETAWAY!.. Patrick hadn't had a break since June, and he needed one very badly! We left on Saturday morning, and got home late on Sunday night! The beach trip was about 1 1/2 hours away, and so RELAXING!.. We spent Saturday evening on the beach and Sunday morning! It was so nice to just do nothing and sleep in listening to the sound of the ocean waves!!
Lauren and Brian have a beautiful home, and we are so thankful that they asked us to come!!
I also enjoyed watching Patrick interact with their 2 little boys and ride the boggie boards! I love him so much! :)
Lauren is 23 weeks along and I am now 17 weeks along. We wrote in the sand It's a Boy and It's a Girl and decided to take pictures to post after finding out! But for now, wondering what we are having??
